You can find an affiliate link from one of your favorite products. Here are places to find products with affiliate programs:

You can get an affiliate link from ANY one of your favorite affiliate networks.
Clickbank, JV Zoo, Warrior Forum, Commission Junction, Amazon, or any other independent affiliate program.
After you get an affiliate link (or banner), you create a template under "monetization templates". You can then create unlimited video posts based on that template.

You can create an advertising banner with a tool like https://Canva.com
Posting the banners on your site:
If you are using the theme we recommend (CoverNews), you can add the banners at these places:
Appearance > Widgets > Add image block in sidebar > Upload affiliate banner > Hyperlink to your affiliate link > Align center > Update.
Appearance > Customize > Frontpage Options > Banner Advertisement > Upload 930 px X 100 px banner > Show banner advertisement on > Show Sitewide.
