I read the FAQ and tried everything but the issue persists

Please Open a support ticket (or reply to the existing ticket you have opened) and let us know:

1) what issue you are facing

2) your blog's login URL, username and password, in the following format:



3) cPanel login credentials

We will have a look and see what's going on. :-)
