Sometimes, a server may be busy, and your email address may not be added properly to the licensing system. That's why you may be unable to activate the plugin.
That said, Make sure you are using the correct email address.
If you can't activate the plugin with your Paypal email, try your JV Zoo customer email.
If the issue persists, please open a support ticket and we will address the issue ASAP. :-)
