Video thumbnails don't appear on my website

In your WordPress dashboard go to:

Video Profit Engine > Options

Make sure the option "Download video thumbnails as featured images" is checked.

This will only work for new video posts you create in the future.

If you want to fetch the same posts again with video thumbnails, then you will need to:

- Go to "Posts"

- Select the posts created by the plugin and delete them.

- Visit the "Trash" tab.

- Delete those posts permanently.

- Create new video posts. The plugin should fetch many of the previous videos, and not filter them out as duplicate. :-)
