This can happen if you have set up the URL of your blog to http://www.your-blog.com

If possible, try to set the URL of your new blog to domain.com and not www.domain.com. In some cases, wordpress reads "domain.com" and "www.domain.com" as two separate domains and may log you out of your blog at times. This is no biggie though – you can login again.

You can change the main URL of your blog under:

Settings ==> General ==> WordPress Address (URL)
